Located in Ellon, this vacation home is by the ocean, within a 15-minute walk of Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club and Sands of Forvie.
Although the house was on a fairly good location, the house needed total renovation. The description was inaccurate. The kitchen had no range just a hot plate. It had two microwaves. One did not work and was taking away much needed counter space. It also had an area that was about 2-3 inches lower ...
