Walked in to lobby just after 4pm to about 5 other patrons, myself included whose rooms weren’t ready for check-in.
No apology from the manager standing there while the other person was apologizing at least. Maybe offer a drink or something to ease the pain of sitting around waiting. I work in retail. I get things happen. You at least should apologize and try to accommodate. I’m not asking for a refund. I’m not asking for a discount. I’m not asking for anything. It’s just a nice gesture when a 4pm check-in still isn’t enough time for them. I hope the people before me weren’t waiting long.
