Front desk staff rude. A man in front does not need to work there. No good customer service. This is my second time encountering him at this location and it was a nice experience. I asked for a manager and he just laughed in my face

We spent a entire week and only got two towels , no soap or toiletries. Stop at the front desk and had to bring down the towel in order to get a new one . Also garbage you have to empty it yourself . This is not a hotel more like a shelter .

It was unusual to stay at a hotel that doesn't even have a coffee bar near the front desk. I settled on that, but then I had no iron or ironing board in my room. When I went to the front desk, the lady was very sweet, but she told me she had an iron for me but no ironing board. So I ironed on a towel on the makeshift desk. "Sad". It's dark and isolated at night and no eatery within walking distance. Your staff's customer service is lacking. They don't smile when greeting a guest. When I checked in I felt like an inconvenience instead of a welcomed guest. It seemed like I was a burden. After a long day of flying and traveling, the somber lack of welcoming reception was a let down.

To improve: I would have understand the requirements better if these were advertised. As this is not like an average hotel (housekeeping etc). If stated on the site as a self service hotel, room keeping every two weeks Towel and bedding can be exchanged frequently. If required, and cleaning equipment available when requested. What i didnt like: the smoking from other rooms coming through the vents. Beware that others guest might smoke ! As a non smoker with a child this was an awful experience as I became ill. Blood like stain on sheet noticed on arrival. What went well: Manager, ALL staff were fantastic and fast solving the issue. Room is equipt with large fridge tv and cooking facilities. Gym and laundry room great. Overall: The place is clean and staff are friendly.
