Rooms are drafty, even when blinds are shut, the windows have air coming through them. There was a continuous “drip” noise coming from the heat vent in ceiling. The workout room is I the basement. It feels like a dungeon and it is freezing cold!!

The room served us well. You can tell it's an older building, but they've done updates to the rooms. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It's a 10 minute walk to Penn Station, which takes you directly to NYC. I would stay here again.

Room was clean . The towels were like sandpaper. Ice machine was not working. No mini fridge in the room.The lobby door was very difficult to open.The front desk should inform you that you need a parking lot pass to park.

Airport shuttle was easy to find and driver to hotel was supr friendly and so informative. Come to hotle early and dropped bags. Woman working seemed annoyed we were there. Rest of staff was nice. Room was clean and very spacious. Shuttle back to airport was late and driver drove a bit aggressive and not as friendly but got us there quickly. Overall stay was good and would stay again.

Customer service was not friendly, they never offer me to start my check in before my real check in and I had to wait for more than 6 hours at the lobby of the hotel for my check in. I never going to do business with this hotel.
