Our stay at the Tryp Hotel was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable bed and the Shuttle service was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying here. We would highly recomend this hotel

Nice place, convenient to PATH

Nice room, good location, and a decent price. No mini fridge was kind of a bummer... no place to put leftovers from eating out. Bed was comfortable; shower was hot, with good pressure; good security (needed to use the room key to operate the elevator).

As it was my first time at this hotel, I was expecting to get more information from the check-in desk about my stay. There was no information given to me about accommodations like breakfast or the bar at the hotel or if there was a gym that I could use. Parking was kind of tight and I was not informed ahead of time of the price of parking only when I went to check out that I have to pull out a different car to pay for parking which was $20. The room was very cute, but there were some areas that needed to be wiped down better which I always take Clorox wipes just in case. Upon checkout, it was basically like I was interrupting the girl at the desk while she was scrolling on her phone. She barely even looked up at me when I said I was checking out and giving her my room number. Overall, I feel that the staff could have done a much better job of being more attentive to guests.

I loved the property for its location, staff and cleanliness. Definite boutique feel from the reputation of a big name. Parking was a breeze. Rooms were larger than expected. The interior design was fresh and inspiring. Adored having hard flooring. Other hotels should take note. I had 3 types of rooms all Perfect 10/10 stay.

Quick trip to NY. Hotel with 10 min walk to Penn station Newark station which was an easy 30 min train journey to NY. Rooms were clean, modern and a comfortable beds. They offer shuttle from and to Newark airport so no need for rental car. Overall an enjoyable stay and work stay again.
