While the Studio Apartment is connected to our home, there are no common or shared spaces. Please note you will/may hear my children and me at times as I work from home. The LG washer is a combo, washer, and dryer. For liability purposes, we ask that guests do not venture into our backyard past the point of the private patio area designated for guests.
Potentially we may approve a guest with a well-behaved cat when booking for a 2-week or longer stay. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 will apply.
Please note that we do not allow visitors or overnight guests due to liability purposes. If you anticipate having a visitor, please send the request when you make a reservation. If we approve a visitor, please note that the friend/significant other/relative can not be left alone in the apartment once the guest leaves for the day.
