One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The first room was over 100 degrees with a broken AC, and after wasting time with maintenance I was moved to another room where the toilet didn’t flush. Bright exterior lights blasted through the blinds all night, the halls reeked of heavy fragrance masking odors (triggered a migraine), and the place felt dirty and falling apart. Only one person was working the desk on a Friday night, with long waits and no way to reach the front office by phone. Absolutely horrible experience — avoid this hotel. They also lied to expedia about me complaining. How did I get moved from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor if i didnt complain. The 2nd room was just as bad, fyi!

The air conditioning worked well. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no luggage rack to put a suitcase on.

Wanted a delivery to my room and the property did not allow deliveries to rooms, so didn’t like that. The bed was hard and stiff. The couch that was in the room was disgusting It was full of stains and I think honestly blood and it was all ripped up. Only had 2 towels for the whole stay would have been nice if they gave the room 4 towels. It was pretty ghetto and mid if I must say.
