The front desk lady was very pleasant. But the whole place didn’t smell clean. The rooms smelled like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. I say rooms because I tried 3 different rooms before deciding I couldn’t spend another second there because of the smell. Would not recommend anyone to stay unless you have absolutely no other choice. Patiently waiting for my refund. I was due to stay 3 nights but left the first night close to midnight. I tried to tolerate the room but just couldn’t bare to stay the night.

This place was horrible. We had to change rooms 3 times in less then 24hours and finally just checked out once a domestic dispute broke out. This place is dirty, extremely unkept and not safe. If you dont have to stay here dont!!!

We couldn’t shower because the tub was clogged with a black substance and roaches . Roaches were crawling though out the room. The maid opened the door while we were making some attempt to rest way before check out time. The front desk said we could walk down to another room to shower.. we were already exhausted and I was sick so we just tried to tough it out since they said they had no other available rooms. They said I would receive 30% off and no parking fee .. I didn’t receive it. And 30% just didn’t seem to be enough for what we went through.. the overnight staff was horrible but the morning person was kind and apologetic . Never again will I take the cheaper route. We were just so tired and drained , it was almost midnight.

The only thing that i like was the sheet smell clean and fresh this hotel was nasty not clean. every room they took me to was not at all to my satisfaction only the 4th floor but the bed was to small it was supposed to be a queen but it was a full size bed the refrigerator look like a roch motel had them come and clean because i could not get a room any were else that's the only reason i stayed.because my niece funeral was the next morning.food crumbs on stove.the manager did not know any thing im looking for shower every room they took me to did not have one but he insisted that they did.I would never stay there again.

Clean and complete suite that had a laundry room with a vending machine. Mall was a five minute walk and is close to the Newark Airport. The lady on the morning shift was quite accommodating has she allowed us a hour extra for check out free of charge and kept our luggage till it was time to leave. Breakfast should be described as a snack your only offered a muffin with a choice of tea of coffee.

The room looks much nicer in pictures than in person. The furniture, kitchen, closet, and TV are in general disrepair, there are no electrical outlets by the beds. The hallways smell musty and are dark. The breakfast is "grab & go" which are wrapped muffins and instant oatmeal. Parking is $20/night.

Disappointed in our recent stay. The airport shuttle was great. Instructions were clear and drivers very friendly. Our bed was very uncomfortable with three small flat pillows, a flat sheet, a sheet thin blanket and some sort of towel feeling thin blanket. When I asked the staff for another pillow and blanket I was told we couldn’t get another pillow and maybe a blanket would be brought up to the room later that night. Never happened. There is NOT breakfast at this hotel which was VERY disappointing because I specifically searched for a hotel with airport shuttle and breakfast. There were two types of super small muffins, a snack bar and oatmeal packs. Luckily there is an IHOP right across the street for food. I picked up the hair dryer in the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING. Brown stuff all over it, hairs stuck to it and lint blocking the screen in the back. I understand if you don’t stay at least 7 days you don’t get any room service however no trash cans or bags in the room. What are you suppose to do with your trash? We stayed 3 nights and had to use our bags we brought back to the room for trash. Overall would not recommend this hotel for couples or families.
