The pictures of the hotel had a pool. We were all very excited to use the pool when we got there we were told there’s no pool and the receptionist made us feel as if we were lying stating that the hotel picture showed a pool. She was very dismissive and made the check in experience uncomfortable.

am not a fan of this property. we have stay in other hotels in this area and this one for me scored the lowest. shuttle service we waited for our shuttle which didn’t come but one of the surrounding hotels allowed us in their bus and we just dragged are luggage to our hotel from that shuttle’s property. upon checking in (there was no one waiting in the lobby) the woman at the front desk acted like we were bothering her. did not welcome us,tell us anything about the property, and i had to ask what floor are room was and where the elevator was located. told her we were hilton members but she told us no points you booked with expedia. later we came down to get water and stopped at the bar for a drink, no one was there at the moment and the same receptionist said that they would only serve beer and wine. don’t know what that was about as they had liquor bottles displayed so we would have to go across the street to the other hotels bar. Room was clean- bare bones- plugging my phone etc into the outlet - they connectors kept falling out of outlets. annoying as in the morning had an uncharged phone. my husband comment front desk person probably was never trained. more than an overnight stay would be a challenged. too many other hotels in the area at comparable prices to stay. Tha was not a hilton experience

This was my 4th time comint to this hotel but this time i was terribly disappointed- I waited close to an hour for the airport shuttle service, It didn't feel clean, the lobby chairs are made of fabric and they absorbed a sweat smell, the person behind the desk was far from friendly, unfortunately i will not be returning and will check out the hotel opposite U
