Wife is handicapped and our room was in the six floor elevators were not working. I am 72 years old and had to walked three times to my room. Additionally was overcharged $38 for drinking water and my $250 deposit requested hasn’t been credited to my bank. Overall, the front desk was very rude. Will never visit or stay there again.
