I went for a concert and it did what it needed to do! A brochure of the area and menu of the breakfast would be nice. It was dirty under the bed and tables were dirty and dusty. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. It was a nice experience

The decor inside is very cold and generic looking..the carpet through out was filthy. The room I stayed in had dirt on the walls. The clock was broke..the TV wouldn't come on for a long time. The walls, the floors, the paint job, the furniture/fixtures all look cheap..although the bed looked clean. The room didn't have that CLEAN AND FRESH FEEL TO IT. The room just had the feeling of being in a box or closet instead of a room VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING couldn't wait to leave the next day. Comfort Inn Would not accept my card for the $75 dollar hold for JUST IN CASE DAMAGES TO THE ROOM FEE because it can be blocked..so I had to leave another card. The so called VALET PARKING is nothing but a rip off. In fact I had no plans on staying here. The Marriott downtown attached to the Prudential center where I stayed just 2 weeks prior wasn't avail to book again. So I had to find something last minute . Bottom line i would never stay here again. You truly get what you DON'T pay for...you must ALWAYS pay for 1st class superb service..and that doesn't come cheap like places such as this Comfort Inn..there was nothing comfortable about it.

Clean with friendly staff

We went to hotel very early because of when our flight came in, although there were no rooms available (which we didn’t expect). They have a place to hold bags so we could go out and start our adventure. Bed was comfortable, room clean, continental breakfast was good and the sitting area was bright and plenty of space to sit. Shuttle was easy to find at the airport and transport both ways was quick. Picked us up and then got us off on time.
