The property it's self is a very nice especially for a budget hotel. A few kinks probably need to be worked out. When first arriving to the airport, it would be helpful to advise the airport staff as well as perhaps have some signage about where the shuttle picks up. The concierge in the airport stated you need to take the bus to the airtrain to P4, that is where all the shuttle pick up. However, once getting there I could't locate the hotel name on any of the 3 pick up signs called the hotel, and Jada was wonderful in explaining the shuttle pickup was actually at the terminals and gave a description of markers to look for like she was standing next to me to help me quickly re-route myself and get to the hotel. Checkin was great, and the room was lovely, only think that detracts from the room was how scuffed and scratched the walls were. I do not know how in a new and remodeled hotel the paint job is this bad. However, the amenities in the room, and the cleanliness, were great. The only recommendation I would have, was while the perks are nice, restaurant onsite, complimentary breakfast, patio, and added touch of the hotel slippers were top notch. You gotta tighten up your the staff and patrons. People barefoot in the restaurant, or allowing dogs is nasty. Having the staff that is cooking the food play with them and head back to the kitchen is a healthcode violation. At least wash your hands in front of the guests.
