For one night before a flight it’s fine but the room was not cleaned properly- old soap in bathroom and crumbs on the floor. Bed linen seemed fresh. Bed very comfortable but the flashing red light on the ceiling all night that I had no way to cover prevented me from sleeping. Bring an eye mask. Breakfast was the cheapest possible food - nothing homemade and lots of preservatives and sugar and processed food. Not something I would ever eat at home. But for no other options before a flight as Newark airport food just as bad - it got us through the morning and didn’t cost $50 - airport food expensive and was included in room rate. Lots of breakfast options but it got cleared out fast - get there at 6:55 or it will be gone by 7am when it opens. In the middle of nowhere so nowhere to walk - industrial area. Bring what you need with you - snacks etc. they did have snacks to buy but nothing healthy which is probably typical of all budget hotels. Staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful! Would probably stay again if needed an early morning flight from Newark and wasn’t spending time there during the day.

We had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle to get to the room. Then the room was much worse than the room we had when we earlier. Though both rooms needed the walls to be painted, and they were so scuffed up. we also did not have a window. The front staff was kind. But our next trip in three months, we need a hotel on both sides and it will not be comfort in. I’ve already booked it.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. The bedsheets were obviously not changed. We found hairs in our bed. The countertops were dirty. The walls were dirty, although the room smelled fine, but you could tell that they do the cleaning and maintenance very quickly when we went to the front desk to tell them about it they just gave us new bedsheets, and that was it we had to make our own beds.

Best breakfast spread, better than Hilton or Marriott . Lots of options:-) Receptionist for checkin and check out were amazing! I love the Ikea/Ibis style bedroom set up.Not a lot of resto in the area but that’s what delivery is for. Drop off to airport sealed the deal!! Will definitely stay again.
