Should have been better!

Check in was terrible, woman couldn't get me out of there fast enough and was watching streaming on her phone before I could turn around. There was blood on the door of my room. Once I got into the room, it was fine, except for marks ALL OVER the wall and parts on the male anatomny drawn on various fixtures, including the ottoman. Bathroom floor was disgusting. This place was recently renovated, but they obviously don't give staff enough time to properly clean each room and keep up with it.

It’s a nice clean hotel + quiet- The front desk staff help you along the way quickly ! You do have to pay for valet parking (25-30$) but you have access to it 24/7 and it’s safe from anything happening to it.

We waited so long for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport... to realize that they are not picking up from the same area that the other hotels. On top, the front desk doesn't answer the phone when we tried to call them. NEVER AGAIN I will stay with them!!!

The hotel don't have parking for guest. They will charge you parking or valet parking to have a rental car or your car in their parking. Better if you will be using Uber, Lift or family to pick you up or drop you off during your stay here.

During our recent visit, I encountered an unwelcoming experience at the front desk. Fiona, the agent in charge, did not show the courtesy we had hoped for when we inquired about the possibility of an early check-in, a request that was supported by an email we had received from the hotel. In contrast, the gentleman who assisted us afterward was a breath of fresh air, exuding warmth and hospitality that made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Everything about this day was average. The room was fairly clean except for someone left some tools on the floor of the room. We arrived a little early and I asked the desk if they could do early. Checkout, when we arrived over the phone and the person I talked to was a little rude and short, but answered that we could. When we met her in person, she was still a little snippy. When we came back to actually do the check-in, there was a new gentleman there, very friendly, very nice, and the rest of the staff throughout the stay. Were very professional and happy. The area where the hotel is located is a little iffy, not really happy about having to walk around the area.
