Located in Pembroke, this farm stay is in a rural location, within a 15-minute drive of New River and Jefferson National Forest.
We really enjoyed the farmhouse and visited Blacksburg, Cascades and other National Forest hiking areas during our stay. Loved all the trains, too. Note that some windows don’t have screens. We learned the hard way since it was ladybug season!

The staff was very friendly and sent a text about 20 minutes after being in our room to ask how everything was going and if we needed anything. It was great!
