One of many things, I enjoy about the house is the amount of light it can let in, large living room windows face west, pass the tree line is the gulf...The lightning storms are amazing...The home is located 6 blocks away from us hwy 19 a straight shoot to Hystorical Tarpon Springs 12 mins... Clearwater 35 mins... St. Pete beach 45 mins...all places south from the home.
