Buller Noire (French for Black) is a unique holiday house located in one of New Plymouth's most sought-after tourist locations. Just a five-minute stroll to the CBD and right by the Scenic Coastal Walkway, this property offers an ideal blend of luxury and convenience.



Spread over three levels, Buller Noire boasts character and charm. The upper level features an open plan living and dining area along with a fully equipped designer kitchen, all while providing sweeping ocean views. A large stacker door opens to a partially covered outdoor area, perfect for enjoying a glass of merlot while taking in expansive ocean views and breathtaking sunsets.
