Welcome to your New Orleans retreat!
Two 3 bedroom condos across from each other in the vibrant Mid-City neighborhood near the French Quarter. Spacious bedrooms and a comfortable layout make this the perfect spot for families or friends. Enjoy the shared pool, hot tub, patio, grills and fire pit after a day of exploring. The parking is free and we are on the Canal Streetcar line. Easy access to Mardi Gras parades, Bourbon St, Jackson Square, the WWII Museum, City Park and many more attractions.
Two second floor condos with stair access only. Six bedrooms featuring 7 queen beds and 4 bathrooms.
The outdoor space including the pool and hot tub are shared with other units on the property.
1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. For all guests over the maximum limit there will be a $100 per person per night fine. Parties of any kind are illegal per local law. Any guest holding a party will be fined $1,500 for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws are not broken. 2. The booking guest must send a copy of a government issued ID upon booking. 3. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors. 4. While early check-in / late checkout are usually available for a small extra fee (used to cover the cost of an additional cleaner) this must be arranged in advance. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am. If the space is still occupied after this time without a prearranged late checkout, our team will need to enter the property to assist with removing your belongings. If you are not at the property, our our team will gather your items and store them at our office and there will be a $200 fee to retrieve them. 5. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Fee to remove the smoke odor from the unit and all upholstery. If the space is left excessively dirty $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids including feces will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels. 6. Guests are provided 2 keys. 1 key should be left in the lockbox at all times in case your group gets separated, loses a key, or you lock yourself out. Lost/missing keys will result in a charge of $150 to re-key the locks - we cannot accept mailed back keys as we must rekey the locks before the next guest for security purposes. One key in the lockbox is attached to a BookNOLA keychain. There will be a $25 charge if the keychain is missing. 7. Due to local regulations and Airbnb policy prohibiting parties, `Locals` will be required to pay a $250 refundable deposit for their stay. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 50 miles of New Orleans. 8. Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not able to receive them at the unit and therefore cannot be responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure. 9. For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the actual cost of shipping to have it shipped back to you. 10. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one. 11. There is a 500$ minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. Certificates of Insurance for all vendors must also be submitted.
