Upon arrival at the property there was a horrible smell of sewage immediately entering into the building. The staff acted as if they hadn't noticed anything. Our room wasn't properly cleaned and we asked for housekeeping to come which they didn't and she rearranged the towels. The bathtub was an awful mess and the water pressure was extremely low. There were geckos in my room and staff tried to switch me to a different room the following day, but there was going to be a delay getting the new room as nothing would be available immediately. The property is embarking upon renovations and this was the excuse used for the poor condition, but cleanliness just takes a caring staff.

Gym treadmills broken. No hot water Thursday morning. There was work on the water system Wednesday and they neglected to turn the boiler on afterwards. Employee didn't return my call. One towel at check in and another day no wash cloths. Facility not very clean.
