Left crappy Sonesta which was so old and dirty and found this place to try and salvage trip. Lugged everything on over. Took loss at Sonesta. Liked hot tub and room but the selfish lady above me was ao loud active after 11 pm to 7 am and I couldn't get another room or even a downgrade ro not have any selfish inconsiderates above me! Barely slept last nite and when my cab was coming ultra early! They need to tell guests to be way more kind and polite and have signage! Nobody at desk before 9 am or after the afternoon to address stuff to! Was so peed last night and banging the wall for quiet 4 times did nothing. Am glad I didn't go up and tell her to just shut up for crying out loud. Would have been mad at myself if so. Some guests are just dumb and so ignorant to others!

Our stay here was fantastic! From the staff in the lobby, to the cleanliness of the whole property.....highly recommend Grenoble House. Our "room" was the 2BR 2BA....way more than enough room for 5 people to spread out and be comfortable. The location was perfect for the weekend that we had planned. It was a 15-20 minute walk to Smoothie King Center for my husband and son to attend a basketball game. Bourbon was one street over, but we were far anough away to get out of the craziness when we wanted to. We were just blocks away from the parades and minutes away from anything we wanted to eat. I have no complaints, but if I had to pick anything less than positive, it would be the stair climb to our room and parking. More of an fyi, and not really a complaint.....there are no elevators. Our room was 3 floors up with the last little flight being fairly steep. Not a problem for us, but drinking would have made it a challenge. Parking is available about a block away in a secure public garage; but note, it was $100 for 2 nights. Grenoble House will probably be my go-to from now on and I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Absolutely LOVE The Grenoble House!! Just be ready for stairs (up to and inside) if you book the townhomes. It was completely fine once we had everything up there from the car—haha! Dog friendly. Wonderful staff. The townhome was lovely, huge, comfy and just perfect. The courtyard was lovely, and the location is ideal—so close, but so quiet. We are planning to book again next year.

The units are run down, the front door had major gaps letting in cold night air, the bathroom is from the 60's and the plumbing is crumbling, the heater didn't work, the bed was sagging and had a light blanket in winter (ie, the room was freezing and there was no way to warm up). Went to a different hotel because it was not livable in December.
