Heater was not working at all and there was not enough water coming from shower. Floor was making creeping sound every time walk.

They was going to put me on the 2nd floor I am handicap. We got the last room on the 1st floor, there was water in the bathroom floor they tried saying it must of been the housekeeping,only one blanket on the bed no comforter, we had to get someone to open the door when we got back from the concert, as we had no key, it was just a DUMP, I wouldn't let my pet snake stay there. If I had one, I don't recommend anybody to go there and stayed a night.
