Our fully furnished vacation rental units feature spacious living areas with modern decor, making it the perfect home base during your stay in New Orleans. The unit includes:

Enjoy stunning views of downtown New Orleans from our rooftop pool and hot tub. The pool area is shared by all units and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (weather permitting). Please note that the pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. The rooftop area is also designated as non-smoking for a comfortable experience.

While we don’t offer on-site parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly beneath the property:

• Park First Saratoga Garage (#1025): Offers parking for vehicles up to 6’4” high.

• ParkMobile Zone 50408: Surface lot located behind the building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Parking rates are generally between $20–30 per 24 hours, but may increase during special events and festivals.

For easy travel around the city, we recommend downloading the Le Pass RTA app to use the streetcar line, which stops right outside our property.
