Stay comfortably in New Orleans at this 2-bedroom condo, 1 full bath condo. The space features 2 queen beds, AC, WiFi, smart TVs in both bedrooms & livingroom, & a full kitchen, Brand new couch, new mattresses & updated appliances . The condo is 1 block from the French Quarter, next to beautiful Armstrong Park. The building entrance is gated for extra security. We also have limited off street parking available; you must request a spot when booking if you need one. We think our place will help you experience everything New Orleans has to offer.

Parking Info: We have very limited parking spots and you can request an offstreet parking spot when booking. If we have a spot available, then we will assign you one parking spot. There is also ample street parking.

Minimum stays: On weekends (Friday & Saturday night, there is a 2 night minimum unless we approve less prior to booking. For special events (Jazz fest, Mardi Gras, NYE, 4th of July, there is a 3-4 night minimum.
