Room was big and clean. Bathroom and shower was huge! Staff was nice and helpful. Specifically Mrs. Sabrina at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again. The resort is roughly 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans

The service is great, front staff is awesome. I would've given 5 stars, however the matresses to all rooms that we have stayed in are horrible. Mattresses need to be changed.

I had bite marks on the side of my body that I sleep on. I think it may have been bed bugs but I can’t say for certain because I didn’t go to a doctor because of shame and embarrassment. But I’m pretty sure that’s what it was. My male friend had some bites on him as well

Very kind people gave us 4 waters for two rooms and then 4 more at night. Great fun at casino we had two winners and two losers out of the 4. Free drinks and a robot delivery. Not Vegas but more fun per $100 dollars spent.
