First room had a door issue- lock area had a big gaping hole. Not good for anyone, let alone women traveling alone to deal with. Then requested room switch. Accommodated. Bigger space, not as clean- carpet under the bed filthy! Shower area not cleaned. Molding areas showing around the base. Last walking out of my room on Tuesday morning the 12th floor smelled weed in my corridor. Did address with front desk. Some front desk workers very friendly and helpful. Others very nonchalant and not helpful-attitude problem. Providence, RI location so much better in every way! Don't bother folks!

The property was excellent(10/10) my issue was at the time of booking it was a hassle and my party was given the run around. Eventually the check in was done however the policies that were clear on here were NOT at the specific location. At a certain point the adult of the party of 2 was profiled and treated as such. By the end of the 45 minute run around the teenager (who was not profiled) was allowed to finish the process and check in with no hassle. I know all of this to be true because I was on FaceTime on one phn and speaker on the other with them. Unfortunately due to work I could not make the trip but I made sure that someone 21+ was in accompany with the teen. This whole ordeal was very very displeasing to say the least.

I rate this property an 0 out of 10. When I arrived I had to pay $150 deposit, when online it says $100. No big deal. When I arrive to my room I left everything to go eat, but once I arrived back to finally settle in, I noticed a bunch of things in the room defected. From the door handle that leads you to the bathroom was broken, only hanging on by a single nail. To the table located near the couch which was unbalanced and broken. To multiple chips in the paint in plenty of areas of the room. Lastly the blinds holder on the walls were broken as well. Once I noticed the defects of the room in instantly went down to the front desk that had a whole different person on shift. I notified her of my finding and. I asked her if there were any notes of these finding just for it to not be pinned on me for any preexisting damage. She states no and then say she’ll let engineering know about the issues so they can fix them. I try to show the individual at the front desk of proof and she denies. I then go up to my room to find more damages and then I take more footage to show them. I go back down and then I proceed to let them know once again and then I proceed to ask for assista
