Situated in the heart of the Dartmouth Sunapee Lakes region, it provides easy access to Pleasant Lake, Lake Sunapee, and Little Lake Sunapee, offering abundant opportunities for swimming, hiking, and skiing. Proctor Academy, Colby Sawyer and Dartmouth College are only minutes away by car. The Country Club of NH (public course) is just 3 miles from our location. This course is ranked #2, as a classic course, in Golfweek’s annual list of public golf courses.

Inside the residence, you'll find two bedrooms – one featuring a queen bed and two twins, and the other with two twins. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/bath combo. The spacious family room is adorned with a gas fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen ensures all your culinary needs are met. Keep cool on warm summer days with the provided air conditioning.
