Welcome to our fabulous Tuscan Villa (6000+ sq. ft) which is the MOST SPACIOUS property in a 13-acre scenic lot in New Hill area in North Carolina. We are delighted to welcome you and your family and are sure you will have a very enjoyable stay here. This one-of-a-kind stylish, rustic villa which also has a countryside feel is just a mile away from the Jordan Lake State Recreational Area and is uniquely suited for family celebrations and reunion with friends. Several wedding venues are nearby.

The space
We are sure this thoughtfully decorated villa’s location and wonderful amenities (dedicated workplace, fully stocked kitchen and a large dining table, 6 bedrooms with 10 beds (king, queen, and double beds), 4.5 baths including 2 jacuzzies, two 65” HDTVs, washer and dryer, fenced and open outdoor recreational spaces, an orchard with blueberry bushes, basketball hoop, a game room, outdoor fireplace, and many more) will allow you to create great memories with your family and friends. One of the 6 bedrooms is in first floor with a king bed and an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

A Tuscan retreat

We had a delightful time staying at the Tuscan villa. It was a great space for our very large family offering both large gathering rooms and plenty of privacy. We enjoyed leisurely mornings at the nearby Seaforth beach, as well as sweet times picking blueberries with the littles. The kitchen was well equipped and the large round table hosted (almost) all of us. We hope we can come back!

Spectacular Home

Perfect location to The Bradford Wedding Venue. This home was more sophisticated . Very spacious and charming. Land was private ... no neighbors in sight. Old-world charm at its finest.

Spacious Villa with Great Amenities for a Relaxing Getaway

I had a great stay at this Tuscan Villa with friends. The house is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. There were more than enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was a bonus – close to Jordan Lake, which was perfect for a quick trip to nature. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning a group getaway.
