There was a mix up and the two queen beds I requested ended up being a king bed. Not ideal for 3 adults. The check in person found us a room with appropriate beds. Excellent customer service!!

Staff was fine, but rooms are in dire need of upgrading. Bathroom door looked like someone punched it in; hairdryer was chained to the wall with rusty chain; baseboard, floors, carpet, ottoman, and shower were all stained. Toilet barely flushed (took 3+ tries). Vending machine stole my $5 bill. Did not have breakfast or use other amenities.

Basically, you get what you pay for. It's one of the cheaper options in the area. The staff was nice but the hotel is in dire need of a significant refresh. The room was basically clean but really worn out. I believe we also saw a cockroach on the wall one evening that was quickly dispatched. While we were there they updated their Dish TV system and it never worked reliably afterwards without requiring frequent power-cycles. The free breakfast was fine but nothing great. Typically, egg, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, and toast were available. We stayed for four nights and only received one change of towels after asking for them from the front desk. The dirty towels were never removed from the pile on the floor.

Old, dirty, broken. Mold in tub caulking, cracked sink repaired with silicone, mirrors hung crooked, broken windows, no knowledgeable staff, rude staff, Druggies stay here. No TV for 3 day stay, breakfast not edible, 430 am fight by lady in a near room banging and yelling to be let in, 440 banging on same door by front desk yelling to be quiet. Don’t stay here. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

In the first room the TV didn't work, the toilet didn't flush right, you had to push the handle 3 times to make it work, the shower leaked. They moved us to another room, there was hair in the sink but they did fix the TV. Will not book there again when we go back.
