The reception staff was very pleasant. She is the only positive thing at this hotel. The parking lot is horrible, poor lighting and very limited spaces for hotel guests. The building and rooms are very dated. The place has a cheap motel feel. The pool looked murky and not sanitary to get in. We actually didn't even stay the night. We checked out after the event we were attending in the area and took the 2 hour long drive back home.

The room was nicely quiet. The breakfast was very good and the woman running it excellent. However, the women checking me in was not good. Never smiled. Never said welcome. Never offered to go over the wifi. Never told me no password needed. Never said enjoy your stay. Ive stayed in many hotels and never ran across someone so unsuited for the job. I used to work front desk at a Holiday Inn and would have been fired for treating the guests this way.

The Reservation Desk staff were inefficient and seem to need more training. The towels in the room are ridiculously small and inadequate for showering. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was fine and the area well-maintained.

Terrible experience. Booked a king with balcony through Expedia & was given a double unless I paid the extra $40. Very outdated decor. Rooms also smell outdated.

The 1st room we checked in had someone already staying there, the bedding was not clean and seems someone already just used. There is trash on the desk and nightstand. The hairdryer is broken. Then we asked the front desk staff to change room. She was nice and gave jus another room which is better than the 1st one

Terribly uncomfortable bed

The service was great and the room cleanliness was good overall. The two complaints I have are 1- the room the was uncomfortably warm upon check-in because the a/c was set to fan. We turned on the a/c but it took several hours to get to a comfortable temp and it was still uncomfortably warm at bed time. 2- The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. It was extremely “bouncy” and loud. Every time one of us moved it’d wake the other person up. Also, the bed bowed in the middle so when you laid on the bed, each of us would roll into the middle of the bed. I woke up with noticeable back and neck pain.

Quiet and comfortable no-frills hotel. Very quiet despite being on a main thoroughfare. Breakfast was excellent: lots of choices including cereals, waffles, fruit, yoghurt. Staff was courteous and eager to help.

The room was absolutely filthy. You couldn’t close the window the curtains they were broken. The microwave was nothing but black mold the bathroom toilet you couldn’t put down because it hit the countertop they installed it incorrectly. The bathroom had black mold and patchwork all over it. the carpets were dirty. It was it was absolutely disgusting

At check in they put us in a queen room that was smoking. We reserved a king non smoking room. The woman at counter said reservations are not guaranteed, we would need to pay an extra $20 fee for a king room non smoking. We also needed ice for an injury they sent us to three machines none in working order. Halls and elevator filthy. No stopers in tub or sink so bathing not possible.Horrible experience. Never stay again.

The young lady who checked me in was wonderful it was the manager who was very rude. I asked the young lady who was checking me in to give me a room in the back so I can see my car. The manager screamed across the hotel no, she was so unprofessional and rude. Then the room that I was given when I went to check in, I was welcome with garbage in front of my room, dirty laundry and that stayed there all night and even the next day when I checked out, it was still there.
