Hotel is on the pricier side and you have to pay almost $30 a night to park your car. No bottles of water in room, no breakfast offered, not even complimentary coffee. The shower walls need to be cleaned. The surrounding area was also a bit unsavory.

Its new, but bar and restaurant in lobby area. Very noisy, loud music upon entering. Could not hear clerk plus somewhat of language barrier. Must get parking pass for garage, nowhere to pull in to obtain pass. Area outside garage dark and foreboding.

The hotel is renovated and clean. Front desk staff is friendly. The room condition is Al’s good, only the mattress is not comfortable and kind of in soft side quality.

Very noisy rooms, loud traffic noise in the room. Strange light( perhaps fire detector) blinking over the bed all night. Weirdly shaped pillows. New hotel, it could have been nice if the used better building materials.

This was a beautiful hotel I had a problem with a overcharge from the restaurant inside rhe hotel. The hotel staff wasn't helpful in trying to resolve this problem I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company

Hotels in New Haven are pricy and outdated. This one is the exception. It looks brand new, very contemporary design, and it is very well priced. The room was comofrtable and modern, I got a corner one with two windows, which makes it very bright. I also had a nice desk, very convenient for work. It is a little more far away from Yale, but it is worth the 10 minutes walk. The only thing I would have liked is to have free breakfast

I did not like the fact that there’s hair on the towels, bedsheets and also on the floor. If I was not there with my husband I would think he The bedsheets have stains on them. There was no microwaves in the rooms. I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and it was amazing when I stthus time, I found out that the quality was not that good.
