Advertised indoor pool with a whirlpool, but heater was broken no sign or notice was up until I brought it to their attention, then the next day I saw a sign on the pool door. 10° outside and there were no blankets in the room had to go up to the desk and ask for blankets.

Staff at front desk was so sweet. Clean hotel, beautiful spacious lobby area. Room was more beautiful than expected. Loved pool and extra hot salt water jacuzzi was my favorite!!! Also the 12pm checkout is an added plus

Breakfast, room and hot tub were great. My only complaint is, our room had no hot water in the morning so no one could get a shower before we left. Asked the front desk and was told a valve was being replaced and we should have it then but we didn't have time to go back to the room.
