First night the ac and toilet didn’t work. Second night the ac was noise was manageable but the biggest concern was the toilet was semi fixed. The toilet ran the whole first night and told the front desk the next morning and it was fixed of the running noise but then it would take multiple flushes to flush the toilet. The next concern was the the cleanliness of the bathroom there was hair in the shower and on the floor like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The last straw was pulling the sheets back on the bed to make sure the was nothing left to find spots of blood all over them.

Room and accommodations were okay. Customer service was unsympathetic after telling them my vehicle had been broken into. Busted out window and stolen from. Very nonchalant in saying no after i asked about surveillance of parking lot. Very upsetting. Checked out day earlier and asked about comping room or offering refund told no.

Very good stay.

Staff were incredible! They were all accommodating and courteous. The manager went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The property itself is scheduled for remodeling which is good as it’s beginning to show a little age. Nevertheless it was clean and quiet.

For the price i expected a lot better condition in the rooms and a more comfortable beds . Also the bathtub does not have anti slip in it and the tub drain wouldnt hold water in the tub . Just not kept up .
