Terrible host and put in a bind mom

Rented house Pryor to business trip. Paid got confirmation through Vrbo. Waited to receive access to rental info. Four o’clock was check in. Emailed ,text,called host around 4:25 with no reply’s. Finally got a reply around 5:30. The host said I didn’t book her property. I have emails with confirmation) but when I finally contacted her She told me the house was for rent. I asked her if she knew what Vrbo was she got offended and hung up on me. I ended up having to contact Vrbo for a refundsYG
