We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Nick’s place. It had everything we needed and was soooo close to all the good stuff in New Braunfels. Check in was easy peasy! Host was very responsive to any questions. Beds were super comfortable. All amenities were there and exactly as advertised. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to float the Comal!

Felt really Homey!
This was a great stay. We were here for a quick visit to Schlitterbahn and Gruene and it met all our expectations. The bed was so comfy I took a picture of the tag to replace mine! We unexpectedly had to use the laundry and were so thankful it was right in the unit. My only complaint is there is an emergency light right outside the bedroom window that is incredibly bright all night. It wouldn’t be an issue if you have a sleep mask so wanted to mention for future light-sensitive sleepers!

Super easy place to stay!
This apartment was super convenient for our trip. Being only a few miles from New braunfels main attractions was really nice. Nick made the check in/ check out process super simple and was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our stay.
