This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor. There are 2 master suites offering king size beds w/ensuite baths. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft offering a queen bed also offering an en suite bath. All 3 bedrooms have Smart TVs with streaming ability through WIFI. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy the community pool from 9 AM - 9 PM daily.

Beautiful condo and layout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were an added bonus. The beautiful decor provided the perfect rustic, but modern, backdrop for this hill country gem. You're 2mins from downtown Gruene and only 10mins from downtown New Braunfels. We definitely plan to return.

We had a really great time it felt like home. Beautiful cabin like feel and the other family’s were really nice. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and on the grill. It was very peaceful and relaxing, the pool was awesome with the nice bathrooms and showers. We loved it all and all and we will be back next year.

great location, but getting in late and having the code not work was not a good start. I did finally get a hold of manager and he got us in, Nice place. TV batteries were dead, but overall a good place and great location. Gruene is a great little town.

Good overall with exceptions

No coffee, just 5 random flavored kcups for 6 ppl, 4 restaurant pckts of sugar. Breaker tripped multiple times in main bathroom, (was tripped when we arrived and tripped when nothing was being used) burnt out lightbulbs in loft bathroom, standing water (ankle deep) in second downstairs shower, a few hairs in 2 of 3 tubs. Decent stay but not overly impressed with attention to details.
