Not happy
My husband reserved the wrong date for our stay, but Best Western would not change the rate and charged us for the wrong date. I realize it was our mistake, but it would have been easy to change the reservation from Saturday to Friday. My husband used to do customer service training to businesses. He would always say if someone is not happy with something they will tell 5 people, except my wife who will tell 25. You got that right. Will never stay at Best Western again so hope it was worth the $100 fee.
