Hilal, the hotel proprietor is one on the nicest, friendliest, and knowledgeable person I’ve ever met. She has a great team around her that are always willing to go the extra mile. They are well trained and very good at keeping the hotel spotless. Our stay included breakfast and the food was excellent. The kitchen staff are always happy to serve and friendly. I would highly recommend the Niche Cave Hotel. When you stay here they treat you like family.

Hot air balloon ride

Amazing hotel within walking distance of food, shopping and beauty. Go to the roof around 5am if you’d like to see the Hot Air Balloons! Be sure to check out byikman’s Cappadocia Souvenirs for great pictures and jewelry!

Spectacular Hotel!

This hotel was beyond amazing. If I could give it a thousand stars I would. It's sparkling clean with everyday cleaning service and restock. The customer service is excellent. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and always there if you need anything. Hila was wonderful with helping us book all activities through the hotel for a stress free trip. Ahmed is a super nice guy always smiling and helped us with everything we need. Denizens and Gulhan are sweet ladies that made us fresh omelets, eggs and more options to choose from besides the breakfast buffet that was already set up in cafeteria. The room was spacious with many beautiful details and cave style decor. I absolutely loved our stay here at the Niche Cave Hotel. I 100% recommend it! Thank you!

A Home away frome home! Amazing experience staying at The Niche Cave Hotel. Location perfect, room amazing and suuuper clean, breakfast is excelent and homemade! When go to day-tour watch out the ceramic show, they try to sell something located behind workshop area, so never buy them because they are 4 times cheaper in downtown shops. 2. What can I say.. We booked the honeymoon suite for just one night & I was amazed with the beauty & charm of this room and the hotel. The staff members, namely Sami, Malik and Hilal (manager), just went beyond and above all my expectations. I initially thought Sami is the owner of this place that's how much great service service he provided. I can't express my gratitude in words that's how special they made us and rest of the guests feel. Thank you soooo much guys.

Wonderful stay. Service is amazing they’ll help you with anything you need and highly organized and responsive over WhatsApp. Couldn’t ask for more. Hotel was cool staying in the caves is a nice experience. Bathroom was super modern even built into the cave. 5 stars. Location is perfect right in the heart of town. Walkable to everything in town.

We chose this hotel because it advertised twin beds. We arrived at the hotel to find the room that we were given was not even within the hotel it was up a goat track at the side of the property (room 317) across from a roost of rosters and chickens and a pile of rubble at the door. We walked in to find 1 bed not two. When we said that we had booked a room with 2 beds they said they don't offer rooms with twin beds. So false advertising. They said that they had sent us an email saying there were no two bed rooms but when I showed them all the mail that we had received from them the staff became rude and insulting. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
