The apartment has about 70 square meters and is located in a "quiet" multi-family house on the outskirts with 4 apartments and 2 offices on the ground floor in the municipality of Neuried, Schutterzell district. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet, storage room. Logia / balcony.
