The property was well-maintained, and the rooms were in good condition. Housekeeping services were reliable, with staff attending daily. The food at the main restaurant was satisfactory. In addition, the property features two specialty restaurants offering Bulgarian and Asian cuisine. These require advance reservations; however, when we attempted to book, no availability was offered until after our departure. It would be beneficial for guests to be informed of this requirement in advance, allowing reservations to be made prior to arrival. Beverages were readily available throughout the day, with a good variety on offer, although the quality of the coffee could be improved. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the main restaurant was well-managed, with team members efficiently maintaining cleanliness and order.

Great range of food and drinks options for the price with around 6 cocktail options, beer, wine, juice and spirits plus the ability to ‘choose’ your own drinks using the spirits, juice and flavours available. Bar staff were incredibly attentive however some of the staff at the restaurant were rude and homophobic. For an all inclusive the meals were decently varied and tasty with a good selection of options although the lack of clear labelling and buffet style would be difficult for those with dietary requirements and allergies. Rooms were alright although slightly rough around the edges and a room for three has poor sleeping arrangements for the third person. Location is easily walkable to the beach (15 minutes), the strip is a 25 minute walk and there are lots of little supermarkets and 24/7 shops nearby if you want to get any little things. Aquapark and slides was definitely a highlight with four big slides and a good mix of options for different ages. While I wouldn’t pay to use to the aquapark if I were at a different hotel I think it was a great deal being included in the hotel stay price

Super miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie,.czysty wygodny pokój. Jednak są dwa minusy. Śliska nawierzchnia koło basenu oraz to,że nie można samemu robić sobie kawy ani nalewać innych napoi. Kolejki w porach posiłkow do napojów.

Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June.

Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight!
