We checked in on Friday evening and headed straight to bed. After about 30 minutes another guest let herself into our room saying it was hers. My son and I got such a fright! Eventually the situation was resolved, but the next day on our return to our room the key didn’t work. We went back to reception and they claimed we hadn’t paid the tourist tax (which was paid at check in the night before - it appeared not to have been processed correctly by the person checking us in. The experience left us not feeling particularly safe or reassured about the training of staff

Great option for a short airport stay. Very easy access to the RER into the city. The staff were very pleasant, and the early morning breakfast was convenient before catching an early flight.
