Kein unmittelbarer Meerblick aber zentral gelegen alles gut fußläufig Ansprechpartner vor Ort immer für einen da Anmerkung zur Fewo Garderobe im Flur wäre gut Eimer im Bad und in den Schlafzimmer vielleicht noch eine Ablage Möglichkeit oder Türhaken
