Beautiful 3-bedroom luxurious villa with stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains in wonderful Nerja, Costa del Sol, Southern Spain. This holiday villa is ideal family accommodation for 6 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 8. It is located within 600 meters of Playazo Beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches and restaurants that Nerja has to offer.



The villa has been completely refurbished to a very high standard.



This beautiful, air-conditioned Moorish-style villa is situated in the quiet Casablanca urbanization. The accommodation is spread over three levels with large south-facing terraces, perfect for dining, barbecues, and relaxing. The villa also features a spacious roof terrace with a lounge sofa and sunbeds. The 360-degree panoramic views of the sea and mountains are truly breathtaking.



The villa offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a short or long-term stay, including a wine cooler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and electric cooker. There is a large living room with a dining area, a relaxation area with a log burner, satellite TV, and free WiFi. The villa includes three bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and its own private terrace with sunbeds, bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has two sofa beds, each expandable to queen size.



The urbanization features a beautiful, well-maintained community pool only 50 meters from the villa. This pool, open from May to October, is exclusively for residents and is never crowded.



All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided, and the villa is equipped with a washing machine. If you hire a car, parking is available right outside the property.
