Welcome to the gîte des Magnolias!
This exposed stone house with swimming pool and enclosed garden, at the end of the renovation, will welcome you from Spring 2020.
Located in the countryside, independent, it provides rest and tranquility while being 5 minutes from all shops.
The house consists of a ground floor with fitted kitchen, open to the dining room, a living room with fireplace, a laundry area and toilets.
The first floor offers 2 bedrooms including a master suite as well as a bathroom and toilet. The second floor includes a double bedroom, a dormitory bedroom (sleeps 4) and a bathroom.
Outside (photos to come): terrace, garden furniture, pétanque court, 8 x 4 m swimming pool, sunbathing and covered area with ping pong table.

This cottage can be rented with the Micouleau cottage, with a capacity of 8 people, located 200 meters away.

Very Relaxing

Great time relaxing by the pool. It was nice to be out of the city for a few days and let our dog have a safe place to romp outside too. So glad that we stayed off the highways driving there & back, because they region was beautiful. Very friendly hosts.

Vacances à la campagne !

Superbe maison de caractère, très joliment décorée. Fonctionnelle et spatieuse. Piscine, terrain pétanque, et baby-foot. Un grand abri. Bien placée pour faire des randos. Proche commerces, village, et activités de plein air. Et des propriétaires très réactifs et adorables. Nous avons adoré !

Gîte parfait pour des vacances en famille, au calme

Nous avons passé deux semaines extras dans ce très beau gîte. La maison est très confortable et impeccable, la piscine et ses transats appellent au farniente. Le auvent a aussi bcp d’atouts avec notamment son super baby-foot qui fédère petits et grands. Enfin, l’accueil de Cyrielle, Florent et leur petite fille est très chaleureux et sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location à 100% 👍🏻 Olivier, Laurence, Valentine et Apolline
