'Tui Glen' - secure family home close to Nelson town

'Tui Glen' is a spacious 3+ bedroom home situated in the quiet suburb of Atawhai, with views from the deck over the Tasman Bay and estuary.
This is an ideal get away for a family as there is plenty of space to run around, trees to climb, a hammock to have fun in, a trampoline to jump on and a basketball net to dunk some balls in. The two al fresco sites, one in the garden and one upstairs on the deck means you have the choice of where to eat breakfast or have your night time BBQ.
The house has 3 bedrooms, inside the main house and 1 bedroom off the garage. There is one full bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs. The kitchen, dining room and living area are upstairs, with a garage underneath. There is a laundry off the garage with a tub and washing machine. No dryer needed in sunny Nelson!
Very sunny and warm, and all only 6 minutes drive to Nelson City Centre or a 20 minute cycle along the cycle way.
There is a 4 square supermarket 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away, as well as Corder park (swing/slide and pump track).

Nice family home

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt at home away from home. The house is large, clean, modern and warm. Kids loved the outside areas and played on the trampoline and in a sandpit. The house is close to Nelson in a quiet neighbourhood.

Wonderful family home for relaxed holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as it was the perfect spot to relax with the kids (2 and 4), who adored playing outside - jumping on the trampoline, playing in the sandpit, and in the playhouse etc. After breakfast they literally bolted for the door. With the living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, this also made helped with making it a relaxing stay. Close to Nelson, we could easily get any where, and return to our quiet spot. Our 2-year old still has an afternoon sleep so this was a perfect for us, and there was plenty to do for our 4-year old. Having a glass of wine at the end of the day under the sun shade in the BBQ area was lovely, this area overlooks a lovely established garden.
