The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the ground floor adjacent to the modern fully stocked kitchen and the lounge and dining room. Downstairs you will also find the garage converted into a huge media / rumpus room for the kids to enjoy with a Smart Tv and its own split system air conditioner.

Weekend away

Great location, clean and well maintained and very spacious. Plenty of parking and although at back of property the house is private. Walking distance to Shoal Bay and Little Bay and to Nelson Bay if you don't mind a walk.

Surprisingly spacious clean house

Very clean, walking distance to beach and markets. Wish we had booked a longer stay. We would love to come back.
