There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven, and microwave, the unit also provides a family size fridge / freezer.
Two bedrooms with the main having a Queen bed and ceiling fan, whilst the second bedroom has a Double bed, ceiling fan and access to the sunroom with a study nook area, lounge chairs and second TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit shares an external laundry shared with one other unit, this is located at the unit front door and has its own top loader washing machine and dryer.
