➢ Check-in at 14:00 – 21.00 and Check out until 10:00. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 is subject to an extra charge of €10 per additional hour.

➢ Any loss, damage, or destruction of all, or part of the accommodation equipment, which may result from negligence or fraud, will result in compensation from the guests of the accommodation. ➢ Interruptions or fluctuations in the water supply may occur due to external factors such as maintenance works, municipal network failures, or increased seasonal demand. Neither the company nor the property is responsible for any such interruptions or delays in restoration, as these matters are beyond their direct control.
➢ Children should be supervised by an adult.
➢ Please keep the screens (where they are installed) closed at all hours.
➢ The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by a professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge.
➢ Following the above regulation for short-term rental accommodation, the provision of additional bed linen, or their change during your stay can be provided by an extra charge and costs 5 euros per person, plus 15 euro the cost of transporting bed linen to the accommodation. This extra charge has to be paid by the customer if he orders a change. The specific service does not include the collection of used linen nor the placement of clean ones. Everything is delivered in bags, collected, and placed by the customers themselves.
➢ In cases of lost keys or the need for assistance from a professional locksmith, any related costs are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be paid on the spot. Additionally, if the guest locks the keys inside the property and the presence of a staff member is required to provide access with a spare key, a service fee of €30 will be charged.
➢ The company is not responsible for any accidents and injuries of guests during their stay at the accommodation, and the use of household items is at their own risk.
