The presidential suite we paid extra for had no windows… very creepy experience. In the morning, the shower was unusable as the water went from hot to ice cold and back

My one and only complaint was that their elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor. However, everything else was absolutely superb! I will 100% stay here again. The inside is gorgeous and has tons of old world charm with new amenities.
