This updated unit on the 12th floor at Inn at Summerwind Resort is perfect for your next family beach vacation! Just remember it is "5 O'clock Somewhere" when you are on vacation. This unit has a brand new 42" flat screen television in the living room and also a flat screen television in the bedroom! This unit offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony with two chairs and a table. Another bonus for this unit is when you walk out of your vacation rental you have beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Sound. This unit offers a twin sized futon in the alcove area in the hallway for additional bedding. You also have a King-sized bed in the bedroom and a Double Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Many upgrades have been added such as new living room furniture purchased, granite countertops, side by side refrigerator/freezer, flat top stove, dishwasher, and new carpet throughout. The bathroom handicap accessibility with bars around the toilet and within the shower. The shower has a five-inch lip to step over. There is seating for four at the dining table with two additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. This sensational unit has everything you will need during your vacation. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.** NOTE: This unit is NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Loved the view from the balcony! Condo had all we needed. Windjammers and Andy D's were within walking distance with great food. Fun time walking on the pier several times during the week. Weather was perfect and it was a relaxing time away!

The property was advertised as being a 2-bedroom unit; sleeps 7 people. Dog Friendly. The place was only 1 bedroom with a pull-out couch. At most, the unit would sleep 4 guests if two slept on the couch. We were also told that our dog was not allowed even though I paid a pet deposit. We requested a partial refund through the management company to accommodate the discrepancy and were told they would not issue a refund. This has happened to other renters based on previous reviews, however the host refuses to offer a refund. Renter beware!

Handicap

Booked room because of handicap accessibility for my 83 yr old mother. Everything was great except the bed. The bed was way too high for her to get in. We bought a stool but she fell in the middle of the night resulting in a call to the fire department to get her up. She had to sleep on the pull out sofa.

We were mis lead we wanted 2 bedrooms and pet friendly we got 1 bedroom an not pet friendly, they said it was your fault not theirs.. we had to leave and are now in Destin. It was very stressful for me , I dont know who's fault it is but because I booked with you they said it was your fault. You gave me incorrect information Not good and you codt me more money as well
