This cozy 43 m² apartment is ideally located on the ground floor in a quiet area on Dorfstraße in Nauen. It offers a practical and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both short and long stays.

The space includes a bedroom equipped with 4 single beds, allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably—ideal for colleagues on a business trip, friends, or a small family. The apartment also features a living area with integrated storage in the kitchen for bed linens and towels. Although there is no separate storage room, the layout is designed for maximum comfort and functionality.

The building provides individual waste bins for each apartment in the courtyard. For vehicles, there is no private parking, but street parking is available along the property.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
