Room cleaned daily, staff pleasant at check-in, beautiful ancient building with remodeled yet antique looking bedrooms, we needed laundry service and it was quite expensive (over $50 for several pairs of pants and shirts), loved the restaurant on site, one of the waiters who had been with Adlers for years was helpful, pleasant, smiling and a pleasure to meet. Food was delicious - definitely recommend venison stew. We did ask for shampoo twice and it wasn't delivered from the front desk. Chirstmas market was right outside the door and the area around the hotel looked magical.

The location is incredible . Everything is walkable . The room was very comfortable and quiet . The staff very welcoming . I had booked 3 nights and the hotel provided me a 3 day card good for buses, trams and local trains as well as discounts off of attractions . They also have their own restaurant.

The hotel was amazing. Perfect location for the Christkindlmarkt. The next morning after having multiple beers, red wines, etc. some in the group needed special attending to. Katarina, a beautiful lady, made it a point to create a soup that was healing and warm. I would definitely stay here again.

So I would like to give this room a better than three stars because of the location but I just can't. The pillows at this hotel are awful!! Also the noise from outside from the nearby bars on a Friday night are so bad I had to use my noise cancelling headphones to sleep. Also if you are short you won't be able to open the windows. It gets really really stuffy in that room even on a cold night. There must be other hotels nearby that are better. Also the pictures on here of the room make it look more lux than it is.
