The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. ...

With a stay at ibis Brussels Expo-Atomium in Grimbergen (Strombeek-Bever), you'll be a 3-minute drive from Atomium and 9 minutes from Tour & Taxis.
Disappointed in the quality of the hotel in general, staffing levels, cleanliness and menu choices are poor. The staff however are very good and made me feel welcome.
