Flat maravilhoso,com vista pra o mar, privilégio de acordar e ver um dos cartões postais de Natal,cama confortável, 3 travesseiros, roupa de cama e de banho limpa e cheirosa,pia de lavar louça,louça e copo, frigobar, cafeteira elétrica, torradeira, microondas, liquidificador e pedi pra colocar um pano de prato, porque na maioria que vou não tem, estacionamento privativo, elevadores, piscina. Só faltou local pra estender a roupa de banho molhada e um fogaozinho de 2 bocas elétrico. Mas, valeu!

O flat espaçoso, cama muito confortável, microondas, perto de tudo, feirinha de artesanato, bares, restaurantes, farmácias, próximo a praia, piscina ao ar livre, uma bela vista do morro do careca, funcionários atenciosos e a anfitriã antes da nossa chegada já se comunicou conosco. Excelente, estadia super indico.

Razoável

O melhor do flat é a localização. Com vistas para a praia de ponta negra e o morro do careca, está próximo de tudo: bares, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes, praia, etc. As únicas coisas ruins: i) o estacionamento é muito pequeno e não suporta a quantidade de carros, fazendo com que tenhamos que estacionar no meio da rua; ii) A internet do flat é péssima. Para quem vai a trabalho e precisa usar a internet, não conte com ela porque não funciona para nada.

Foi muito bom, a acomodação é bem localizada, perto da praia , bares, restaurantes,farmácias, padarias,transporte publico, feirinha de artesanato, etc… Só falta o café da manhã ou um fogão toctok na cozinha americana. A vista é maravilhosa, olhando para o cartão postal “ O morro do careca “. Quarto espaçoso.

Estive hospedado no AP 306 e o ar condicionado é velho, os móveis estavam soltando as pontas, a cama saia do lugar constantemente, chuveiro com goteira, pia também. A pilha da fechadura parou de funcionar e não ajeitaram.
