Não gostei pelo fato da check-in ser totalmente on-line, o e-mail pra fazer o check-in demorou chegar, tive que fazer na hora no hotel e não tinha nenhum funcionário pra orientar, passei quase duas horas pra poder conseguir entrar no hotel.

Recomendo bastante o hotel! Muito bem localizado e bem limpo. Não possui recepção, o check in é out são realizados de forma remota, mas isso não foi dificuldade para mim. Recomendo.

Precisa melhorar muita coisa

Encontrei rato no lixo deixado pelos hóspedes na entrada do hotel, baratas e insetos nas escadas, e hóspedes crianças jogando bola no andar, deveria desativar a cozinha do térreo,.porque tanto hóspedes como funcionários do restaurante arma ficam fazendo comida e.deixando a porta de acesso aos quartos aberta.😞😞😞😞😞

Tive problema inicialmente com o colchão do primeiro quarto, no entanto o suporte deles via WhatsApp é 24h e me atenderam. Não resolveram o problema na madrugada por não ter ninguém no local, no entanto no dia seguinte trocaram de quarto.

o Liiv é uma excelente proposta. A localização perfeita com quartos que tem vista para o mar. Internet excelente, quarto grande e banheiro bom com água quente. Toalhas e lençóis limpos. Algumas coisas não gostei: 1- a limpeza dos quartos só é feita após 07 dias de diárias; 2- na descrição do quarto, consta que havia chaleira elétrica e não tinha quando cheguei; 3- Não tem guarda-roupa nem armário para colocar roupas.
