Room was spotless, Hairdryer in room broke and no replacement given with 3 requests, bartender in main lobby bar was very dismissive. He made it very uncomfortable to order from the bar as he would not serve us, 4 ladies who tipped well. Another bartender would eventually assist. The resort is very nice would go back lots to do, Local and safe.

First time staying at this all-inclusive resort and already looking to rebook in May 2026. This is my honest review...we stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Front desk is happy to help with questions or suggestions. Room was very clean and housekeeping efficient and friendly. We mostly ate in the buffet restaurant, and there were lots of options and the food was really good. The pool was cold, so we mostly stayed on the beach area which I loved. Outdoor bar staff was friendly. Lots of activities to do if you are interested. Very safe to travel outside of the resort. This resort also offers a free shuttle to Cabbage Beach every 30 minutes. We walked all over and took a water taxi to Nassau ($7 per person) I HIGHLY recommend this resort and plan on going back. I have travelled and stayed all over the Bahamas and this resort is a gem.

The hotel was lovely. There were some issues with the door in our room and they immediately moved us to a new room no questions asked. The food was excellent and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. A big shoutout to Debbie at the front desk - I broke a molar our first night there on Sunday night. It was very painful and the tooth needed to be extracted. Debbie found me a local dentist close to the hotel and made arrangements for me to be seen first thing Monday. She arranged transportation and made sure I got to the dentist and back to the hotel. She followed up with me everyday for a week to make sure I was ok. I could tell she genuinely cared. I found her to be an extraordinary and caring person and she made me feel safe and comfortable at a time when I felt pretty vulnerable. Warwick is lucky to have her as an employee.

This place was perfect. The staff, particularly Jamal and Brenden, were absolutely amazing. The food was well beyond what I was expecting for all inclusive. The place was consistently being cleaned. Loved it. Only downfall, and it isn’t the resort’s problem, the cab drivers are very aggressive and price gouged like crazy.

Very nice resort. We had a problem with one very loud guest over night where we requested to change the room. Resort appologized and changed our room where we could enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Room cleaned. I complained everyday and no attention was given. First day, tub was dirty and full of sand. Only the day after someone came to clean. Then after this cleaning there was no soap and no towels. They removed and forgot to replace. Anyway. Everyday the cleaning of the room was a problem.

The hotel was very clean. The buffet food was good. I wish I was able to try at least one of their restaurants but only one was open during our stay which made it impossible to get a reservation. I don’t know why the other restaurants were closed bc no info was given. They do need to improve their communication during check-in bc they do not give any info or recommendations. The bartenders in the lobby bar were amazing. I would go back again
