Property was so convenient to everythong we wanted to see. The unit was very nice. I would have loved to have given it top stars. Drawback we encounter was TV kept buffering and elevators were very slow.

Beautiful one room apartment. Clean quiet, 5 minute walk to broadway (near kid rocks honky tonk). Close to a few restaurants, i loved the kitchen but couldn’t find. A grocery store walkable? There was a store with limited groceries not too far, but not enough to cook a meal.

I was on the second floor. The road noise was intolerable. It's these new, cheaply built buildings, might as well been paper walls. I heard every step, car, truck, cough, scratch, and church mouse that came by. Also, there were only mini-blinds on the windows, so it was impossible to darken the room. I didn't sleep a wink.

Upon arriving at the front desk, we gave them our name for the reservation. We had reserved two queen suites. The gentleman at the front desk gave us our card and when I inquired if that was for both rooms, he looked irritated and said what you have two rooms. When I said, yes, he looked very, put out and irritated that he had to look up another reservation for us when we got to the rooms one of them was adequate, and the other one was dirty, it had no curtains, and was not a queen size bed. I’m booking the rooms. It also stated that there were free drinks one per person per day. When I sent a message inquiring about the drinks I was told they did not do that at that location, but they would give us two free bottles of water at the front desk. They asked if they could help us with anything else, and when I inquired about the curtains, they stopped responding. Honestly, I booked this place because it was supposed to be exceptional, but it was probably the worst unit I have ever stayed in. after a long trip of going to my son‘s military AIT graduation and this being our last stop/night on our 12 Hour Dr. home and this was not the experience we were hoping for.

We felt pretty safe in the hotel. You can only get in with your code. It was very modern and had a full kitchen which was great. Only complaint was the tv. Couldn't figure it oit except for you tube. It shouldn't be that difficult to watch tv!!

Quick access to Broadway and a dollar general store is on same property if you need anything before heading back to your room. The room needs some basic maintenance like toilet seat about to fall off and shower head swapped out. Not sure what cleaning crew uses to clean the floor but our shoes and sandals were sticking to floor like crazy and very loud.

This hotel was really nice. I liked that the room was more like an apartment, it was very comfortable. It’s about a block from Broadway in downtown Nashville so it is kinda noisy until like 2 AM, not in the hotel but from outside. You can still hear muffled activities in the room but it’s not too bad. Besides that we had an excellent stay. I would defiantly stay again.

Loved it!

Location was perfect, very walkable to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even came up to the pool area to find us and let us know our room was ready early. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.
