Overall this was a great place. The check-in was simple and no contact. The location was perfect to walk anywhere of interest. Only issue was that starting at about 5:30am the garbage company likes to empty dumpsters for about a half hour and you can really hear it. Also, I know you are on vacation and the tv is the least of concern but for background noise and unwinding its great. Its not traditional tv, its all streaming and the network is really slow. Most things buffered if they even loaded at all. Also guest network was not good either. Had to switch to my phones hotspot to use my laptop or my phone. Otherwise, the location is great, staff was great.

Great stay. My only issue was from the 9th floor it was pretty noisy. My girlfriend didn't like the bed and didn't sleep well. Other than those it was a great stay. Restaurants were excellent

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property overlooking downtown Nashville, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the breathtaking views of the skyline, especially at night when the city lights created an unforgettable atmosphere. The property itself was immaculate—beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Broadway, great restaurants, and live music while still providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or taking in the cityscape at sunset, this place exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Nashville!

First trip to Nashville, and will definitely stay here again. Check in was super easy via phone. We got into our room and found a leak in the ceiling (not their fault). Had is in a new room in 10 minutes with apologies via phone, in person, and text. Amazing service and beautiful place. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The bed is really low and uncomfortable! I was told it was a queen bed but it really was a full size! There is no TV in the bedroom and there are no lights in the bedroom except for a small lamp. I asked the front desk if I could check out and not be charged for the second day and the lady said no. She said I had to cancel the day before check in. I said how would I know the bed was uncomfortable before I stayed here. It was so bad I checked out and paid for another hotel somewhere else. It has a beautiful View but the bedroom needs a major upgrade. The bed was made for a child. We won't be back. I was not happy about paying for a second day when I was staying somewhere else!
