⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you want the full Nashville experience, this is the way to do it! We started the day with an amazing brunch right in the heart of the city—so many great foodie spots nearby SoBro like Pancake Pantry and Assembly Food Hall. Then we hopped on the honky tonk hop-on hop-off tour, which made exploring downtown a breeze. SoBro was comfortable,quiet, clean with endless amenities on site. Hop on hop off near by the guides were fun and full of local history, and it stopped right by all the best honky tonks on Broadway. Perfect mix of sightseeing, music, and great eats—highly recommend for first-time visitors and locals alike!

First time staying in this property and we really enjoyed the secure clean facility. Entering is very safe as only guests are allowed past the front door. It is also centrally located to Broadway and the many bars/restaurants. It is in a safe location which made us feel safe walking back late at night. Room was very clean and has all the amenities you will need for a short or longer stay. My only complaint would be the WiFi was not working as we expected. I was unable to sign in and the tv (which also worked on wifi) was hit n miss with the connection. It could have been it was a busy weekend at the hotel or maybe we were on the wrong side where signal strength is not good, but that would be my only complaint. .

Would stay again!!!

Very nice and clean place . Was just a short walk to Broadway (just 2 blocks away) which was perfect for us . Had a nice little cafe attached to the entrance that had Great food and drinks . Would recommend the Cafe Alpine and Caramel Cappuccino drinks, French Toast, and The French Dip . The front desk help was amazing and so helpful. Only thing I seen that was an issue was not enough clean pool towels by pool and the parking garage was quite costly but yet you are in Downtown Nashville so you kinda have to overlook that . Other that, everything was great !! Would definitely stay again the next time we are headed to Nashville .

The customer service was excellent and the room and view were absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Sky One bedroom deluxe and had a stunning corner room with a view of the river and broadway. We found cheaper parking nearby but they do offer an attached garage for a fee. Will definitely book again!

Scams and False Advertising Galore

The room was definitely NOT sound-proofed as advertised. You can hear EVERY siren outside and every door close or blunder in the hallways. The windows were missing blinds or curtains on 2 of the 4 ceiling to floor windows. 1 right where your head lays the other at your feet. Good luck blocking lights. We went to leave and my husband did his customary flashlight video of under the bed; not a good idea. There were plastic lids, trash, and dust built up. Also make sure you validate, verify, re-validate, re-verify with management NOT the lobby about parking or else you'll pay 50+tax everytime you leave because the lobby people don't know how the property advertised "in and out" validation works and the parking management company will hold you hostage and demand payment or you wont be allowed to leave. We paid over $110 IN PARKING for a stay of less than 24 hours. NEVER AGAIN, BEWARE!

This is my third time staying at PlaceMaker Premier Sobro. I wouldn’t want stay anywhere else when visiting Nashville. The front desk is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is perfect for going downtown and it’s close to everything. Don’t hesitate, just stay here!

This was actually a very hard review for me to write, I usually can find the good in almost any stay. This was an incredibly disappointing experience though. I don’t think I’m the normal experience in honesty but here is mine. It took over an hour to get checked in. I waited to get an email that had to be filled out Prior to getting a code that I should’ve been sent prior to my arrival. Multiple people got theirs while I sat there and waited, and it had to be sent again. I booked this place as part of a work trip because of its location and having a little bit more space than a normal hotel room. Negatives $50 a night parking and nobody mentions spot hero which can get you the same spot for about $30 a night instead. I let them know for a fast two night trip, I did not have any Wi-Fi or streaming in the room and I never did and it made working very difficult. They offered to send maintenance to me on the day I was already checking out. No tv, no streaming, spotty hotspot and toggling in my phone. At night, it can get a little sketchy but during the day it’s a great spot. I think if you go with spot hero for cheaper parking, it would make a really big difference. On the plus side the restaurant downstairs was amazing and I did love the pool, that was great on a hot day, but my overall experience for the amount of money I paid to stay there was lacking. I think if they buttoned up those few things, it would be absolutely worth the cost!

Perfect spot for broadway. Short walk. Out balcony overlooked it, so we could sit up and people watch. Pool was nice. Garage was pricey but convenient. Everything was good besides the last nights water issue.. I get things happen, but we just didn’t have water.. was not communicated well. No showers/toilets etc.
